FUEL-FREE INCINERATOR is a Disposal Machine to dispose all the combustible waste which has some calorific value, such as Food waste, Organic waste, Agricultural, Papers, Cloths, Mattresses, Boards, Plastics waste [non chlorin contain paper plates and cups, Sanitary napkins, Adult and child Dippers, into ash, WITHOUT Electricity or external Fuel. It works on a natural draft and forced draft depend on type and size of machine with differential pressure. In-built scrubber cleans the flue gas and controls the emissions and odour. The Temperature inside the combustion Chamber/ Reactor goes up to 900 degC and most of toxic dies there itself. The entire garbage can be dumped into the machine and it gets converted to ash without any input energy such as electricity or fuel [diesel or gas] Installing this machine will save the huge cost and efforts on transportation for bringing the material to common location for processing and also the operation cost involved in processing the waste. It require less man power and expertise of operation.
